As Gymworld have been in business for well over two decades, we’ve built up a huge base of fitness knowledge and experience to help you achieve your fitness goals. We've always believed that the best way to be a fitness retailer is to get involved with the fitness equipment and test as much of it as we can. When a new range comes out, we'll normally request the manufacturer send us a showroom model to test so we get a good idea of what the newest fitness equipment can offer.

We've had some great surprises when testing out fitness equipment like the Reebok Performance Series B5.1 Exercise Bike which was much smoother and well built than we expected. There's also the brilliant Horizon Fitness Oxford II Rower which continues to be a brilliant and pretty much un-challenged, gym-style rowing machine for much less money than gym standard rowers.

We understand that very few people are fitness experts and most people just want a simple way to lose weight or get fit. We always give the advice you need and we use our experience to gauge how much information we'll pass on. If you're a beginner, there's not much point bamboozling you with ridiculous tech-specs that don't really mean anything, and we'll always give good, sound fitness advice. If you're a little more experienced then we can have a good chat about what you need, and we'll ask questions about your current routine and what you want to improve. On the other hand, if you know what fitness equipment you want, we'll give you an easy and fast way to get what you need without the hassle.

As shoppers ourselves, we want to speak to professional, knowledgeable staff when we have a problem or delivery request. As this is what we expect, we at Gymworld provide this service ourselves. Our staff are trained to know how to deal with many different issues that can arise and we generally have a solution to any problem. Our 25 years of experience has taught us that good information and honesty are the best way when selling face-to-face, over the phone or online.
