About Gymworld
Gymworld are different... and here's why:
Whilst the internet is relatively new, we have been selling fitness and exercise equipment for over 20 years. We have products on display in our showrooms and 100's of products in our own warehouses, ready to be delivered. It also means we have people here who know and use exercise equipment, although some not as often as others!
Our Personal Service
We prefer you to call us, or email us and we'll call you, that way we can let you know if the product is in stock and when it will be delivered. Many items of gym equipment are heavy bulky items and are, we feel, best handled by our own delivery teams. Please discuss with us the best way to have your equipment delivered.
We offer an assembly service on many of our products whereby our delivery teams take it to the room where you will use it, unpack and assemble the item before removing the packaging. (Additional charges may apply for the assembly service)
Our Pricing
Finally a word about price, we all like to know we're getting a good deal, I'm no different when I buy things, but if there's one thing I've learned over the last 20 years is that to cut prices you've got to cut something else, and that is usually service. We are not prepared to offer an inferior service, it doesn't help us and it certainly doesn't help you, but if you find a lower price on a product call us, you can speak to me, Phillip and I'm Head of Sales, and we can discuss the price, and I'll still give you the best service we can offer.
Contacting Us
The retail store is open 6days a week, plus our 'phone line is open until 9.00pm including Sundays where you can speak to someone who knows about the equipment, where you can check if a product is in stock and even get advice on a product you have already purchased from us. *Customer service lines for spare parts, repairs and delivery status are open from 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Fri.
