Shoulder Press Machine

Big shoulders are impressive, whether the person is clothed or not. Compound exercises such as Shoulder Presses will contribute greatly to gaining mass but be mindful that this movement does more for the front and side aspects of the shoulder group - the anterior and medial heads of the deltoids - than the posterior deltoid. Your shoulder routine will be more complete if you include some sets on the Lateral Raise and Rear Delt machines.
