The Spirit XE295 elliptical trainer has been the best selling elliptical trainer from Spirit Fitness for many years.

The New 2011 model has been upgraded with exceptional features and warranty. The console is equipped with a unique muscle activation profile system, It’s important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your work-out. On our elliptical trainers, you will be using your glutes (bottom), hamstring (back of your thigh), quad (thigh), calf, and pecs and arm muscles. The LED’s lights will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal muscle involvement, Amber for medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during your work-out.

The drive system has a whisper quiet motion with fluent stride providing a 20" eliptical stride length.

Integrated cooling fan & 2 speakers for MP3/Ipod jack (connector included) Handlebar based resistance keys for easy changes. Direct select program buttons and easy to use blue back lit monitor with detailed workout feedback. Heart Rate Control programming (chest strap included for more accurate HR reading)

All of our home elliptical trainers have a tilting console with ten degrees of adjustment, so that you can get the best viewing angle on our bright 7.5” blue backlit LCD screen

Installation

General information regarding Installation Service

Whilst many models of fitness equipment are designed for self-assembly we learned over twenty years ago that many of our customers preferred to have this service available to them.

Choosing to have your piece of fitness equipment installed for you means we will build the machine in the room of your choice, ready for you to use. If you wish, we will also remove for disposal all packaging which came with the equipment, potentially saving you a trip to the tip.

We have recently launched our Gymworld EarlyBird Installation Service which has many benefits for those of you who are early risers and do not wish to take time off work.

Similarly, we now offer the option of an Evening Installation and our new Weekend Installation Service.

On the day of installation, please be mindful to have clear and safe access within your property for our installation personnel, just as you would with any other piece of household equipment or furnishing being delivered.

Also, please note that our installation service is restricted to mainland GB and is not currently available to the Highlands of Scotland, and that we reserve the right to withdraw the service in the interests of health and safety or commercial viability if delivery and/or installation is affected by such things as adverse weather, unsafe or difficult access either within the property or en route there.

If Installation is selected and your Item is ordered on a finance scheme, installation will be by arrangement after the required cooling off period.
