Delivery and Installation Information

Here at Gymworld we deliver throughout mainland GB, Monday to Friday, using our own nationwide delivery and installation team together with our partners TNT one of the UK's largest delivery companies.

European Deliveries are undertaken by International Express Courier Delivery Service.

How many other online gym businesses can promise this service?

Time Deliveries
We understand that our customers are busy people and we can arrange many deliveries to fit in with your schedule, our carriers will for an additional charge deliver before 12.00, or before 10.30 or even before 9.00 if required, just let us know when placing your order.

Delivery Costs
Delivery is charged on a per product basis. See individual products for more details.

Our standard delivery service is to Mainland GB, we can for additional charges arrange delivery to other UK addresses outside this area i.e. Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. We cannot however deliver to other offshore Islands e.g. Isle of Lewes etc.

Our carriers will also provide at additional cost a delivery service to Ireland and other European countries, please contact us for a quotation.

All goods will arrive flat packed and will require assembly by you. A signature will be required on delivery. If you have requested delivery on a specific date we will endeavour to fulfil your request, but because we are using a third party, we cannot guarantee it. Gymworld Ltd will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date. Carriers will not deliver at specific times, however deliveries before 9.00am, 10.00am, 12.00am and Saturday morning can be arranged at a premium. Please contact us for pricing should you require one of these services.

Most items delivered by carrier arrive within 7 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days if the product is sent directly from our supplier. Please Note Carriers state they are only contracted to deliver to the ground floor door, or roadside if there is a flight of steps to your property. If the delivery is to a block of flats, they will only deliver to the ground floor doorway of the building. This therefore may require you to assist or move the equipment into your home.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of these products are heavy, and our carriers may require assistance to off-load the item. If you are unable to provide the necessary assistance please advise us before we despatch your goods. Failure to do so may mean the carrier is unable to deliver and will render you liable for any repeat delivery or return charges.

Signing for your delivery
Your equipment may be delivered by our appointed carrier TNT, when it arrives you will be asked to sign the delivery note. Please be aware that by signing the delivery note you are accepting that the item has been received in 'good condition'.

If for any reason you suspect that the item may be damaged i.e. the box or other packaging shows signs of damage you must indicate this on the delivery note. Example "box damaged - contents unchecked" do not simply sign 'unchecked' or 'not examined' this is not accepted by the carrier. If necessary open the packaging and inspect the item BEFORE you sign. If you sign for the parcel in 'good condition' and later find any damage we may not be able to make a claim on your behalf. In case of doubt call our warehouse immediately on 0161 678 2026.

Restricted Access
It is your responsibility to advise us of anything which may restrict delivery access This includes, but is not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), parking or street restrictions which prevent normal access by the delivery vehicle.

Gymworld Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Free Gifts
The cost of delivering a Free Gift will not be charged if you select the Free Gift at the time of purchase. If you fail to select your Free Gift at the time of purchase Gymworld will gladly supply it (or a similar item if the original item has become unavailable) but you must pay the cost of carriage if you want the item sending to you.
