The Reebok Fitness Performance Series B 5.1e Exercise Bike is a precise ‘ergometer’ bike. The electronic resistance levels ranges from 25 – 400 watts. This sturdy, quality bike is perfect for beginners as well as performance orientated users. The innovative M-Force Direct Drive System guarantees a perfectly smooth ride and the sophisticated computer ensures the user is fully motivated.


M-Force Direct Drive System: is an innovative gearless drive and magnet brake system. The regulation of resistance levels is controlled by the computer and provides an excellent vernier adjustment of resistance steps with highest possible precision. It displays performance levels ranging from 25 to 400 watts in 5 watt steps. The M-Force Direct Drive System and the M-Force brake system provide precise performance and training data enabling an easy and precise impact adjustment.

 

Computer details:

 

- Programme 1 – time - target setting: Specify your designated training period or exercise the preset length of training. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level according to your training condition.

- Programme 2 – distance - target setting: Here you can set the designated training distance. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level e.g. in order to simulate steep incline.

- Programme 3 – calories - target setting: Your target is to lose weight: By simply entering the number of calories you want to burn this program supports you to achieve your goal. Start with the exercise and modify the resistance level any time during the training.

- Programme 4 – random program: This program helps you to train your designated time. It randomly selects different resistance levels and varies these during the exercise. Of course, you can manually operate the resistance level at any time.

- Programme 5 – fat burning: Long training duration at low intensities are very effective fort fat burning. This program is geared to fat burning, again the settings can be modified at any time.

- Programme 6 – interval training: The interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system. Permanent transition between stress phases with high intensity and relaxation phases with low intensity are attributes of the interval training.

- Programme 7 - endurance program: This exercise program starts with a short warm up, then gradually increases the intensity and ends with a cool down phase. Thereby you can select between 8 different intensity steps that automatically change the resistance. Both, endurance as well as fat burning is exercised extensively.

- Programme 8 – WATT control program: Preset here your designated Watt performance. According to step frequency the machine will adapt the resistance level in order to keep the watt performance constant. Perfect for rehabilitation exercises.

- Programme 9 – target pulse program: Set here your designated target pulse rate for the exercise. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance level to your current pulse rate. The stress phase, exercising within your training zone, follows a 3 minutes-warm up. A final cool down completes the program.

Installation

General information regarding Installation Service


 Whilst many models of fitness equipment are designed for self-assembly we learned over twenty years ago that many of our customers preferred to have this service available to them.


 Choosing to have your piece of fitness equipment installed for you means we will build the machine in the room of your choice, ready for you to use. If you wish, we will also remove for disposal all packaging which came with the equipment, potentially saving you a trip to the tip.


 We have recently launched our Gymworld EarlyBird Installation Service which has many benefits for those of you who are early risers and do not wish to take time off work.


 Similarly, we now offer the option of an Evening Installation and our new Weekend Installation Service.


 On the day of installation, please be mindful to have clear and safe access within your property for our installation personnel, just as you would with any other piece of household equipment or furnishing being delivered.


 Also, please note that our installation service is restricted to mainland GB and is not currently available to the Highlands of Scotland, and that we reserve the right to withdraw the service in the interests of health and safety or commercial viability if delivery and/or installation is affected by such things as adverse weather, unsafe or difficult access either within the property or en route there.

 

If Installation is selected and your Item is ordered on a finance scheme, installation will be by arrangement after the required cooling off period.
