Back Machines

Typically a neglected area of the body. The upper back is an important area to work as it carries a lot of tension in day to day life. A strong upper back will help keep a natural posture and alleviate undue stress on the lower back and the core. Back Machines target specific movements to help strengthen the entire upper back area in the most functional way. Added to this, the motion typically encorporates a lot of grip strength which of course benefit users in day to day life.

Exercise stations such as Lat Pulldown, and Seated Row restrict the movement of the body and encourage as much work as possible to be carried out by the correct muscles. This in turn potentially gives users a better workout than using free weights.

Recovering from an injury? we recommend a station with isolateral movements. By moving isolaterally you can isolate the injured arm and focus on re-building strength and function.
