What exactly is MiLife
If you are wondering how to get started with exercise and a healthier lifestyle, then MiLife is a great way to get moving. You don’t know it but you are already exercising every day, and MiLife will tell you how much. Then you can up your game and track your progress.
The activity band is worn on the wrist, records your aerobic physical activity wherever you are, whatever you are doing. Additionally, the activity band stores weight data, which is recorded by the MiLife Smart Scales.
