Former Miss World uses treadmill to stay in shape
Bollywood beauty and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra has been taking part in treadmill sessions in a bid to lose weight and shape up, it has been revealed.Ahead of filming the new reality show Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi, Chopra has been told to improve her nutrition and begin a home fitness schedule so she is in the best possible shape.
The 27-year-old star has been told by fitness experts to stop eating junk food so that she can maintain her stamina for the gruelling stunts she will have to perform during the course of the production.
So far the actress has been able to improve her overall cardiovascular fitness and can now run several kilometres on the treadmill.
Meanwhile, Ann Smith, writing on the health and fitness section of helium.com, recently recommended that those who have air conditioning in their homes should make sure it is turned up a little higher than usual in the room that they exercise in.
