The Reebok Performance Series 5.7e Exercise Bike is the successor to the popular B5.5e and herefore the new top ergometer in the Reebok fitness range. The horizontally and vertically adjustable seat provides exceptional comfort and allows individualised adjustments to achieve the perfect training position. The multiposition, adjustable handlebars offer all permutations from “Racing” to “Touring”. The 25 to 400 Watt power control linked to rpm, and the 5 individually adjustable training programmes meet all the demands of challenging fitness training, be it for performance enhancement or therapeutic purposes.
Computer details:
- Programme 1 – time - target setting: Specify your designated training period or exercise the preset length of training. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level according to your training condition.
- Programme 2 – distance - target setting: Here you can set the designated training distance. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level e.g. in order to simulate steep incline.
- Programme 3 – calories - target setting: Your target is to lose weight: By simply entering the number of calories you want to burn this program supports you to achieve your goal. Start with the exercise and modify the resistance level any time during the training.
- Programme 4 – random program: This program helps you to train your designated time. It randomly selects different resistance levels and varies these during the exercise. Of course, you can manually operate the resistance level at any time.
- Programme 5 – fat burning: Long training duration at low intensities are very effective fort fat burning. This program is geared to fat burning, again the settings can be modified at any time.
- Programme 6 – interval training: The interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system. Permanent transition between stress phases with high intensity and relaxation phases with low intensity are attributes of the interval training.
- Programme 7 - endurance program: This exercise program starts with a short warm up, then gradually increases the intensity and ends with a cool down phase. Thereby you can select between 8 different intensity steps that automatically change the resistance. Both, endurance as well as fat burning is exercised extensively.
- Programme 8 – C1 - C5 Individual user programs: Here you can individually compose up to 5 programs, entering and saving time, distance, resistance level, watts and calories for your personal exercise.
- Programme 9 – target pulse program: Set here your designated target pulse rate for the exercise. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance level to your current pulse rate. The stress phase, exercising within your training zone, follows a 3 minutes-warm up. A final cool down completes the program.
- Programme 10 – target zone program: Preset your personal heart rate zone. You can select between health, fat burning, fitness, body shaping and performance. According to your selected zone you can exercise with a percentage of 65, 75, or 85 of your heart rate which is calculated by the computer according to your entered data. After warm up you will enter your target zone’s main program. After the completion of your selected time the training will finish with a cool down.
- Programme 11 – 30 min. intensive interval program: You may select between 3 preset intensities and start immediately with the exercise. The intervals start according to the level (L1 = easy, L3=difficult) with different watts and will switch between stress and relaxation phases.
- Programme 12 - 45 min Cardio Workout Program: This program allows you to select between Level 1 – 3 in order to exercise with your desired intensity. According to your personal data you will train with the designated watt figure. A short warm up will follow the main phase and a cool down exercise. This is perfect for your cardiovascular system as well as your endurance level.
