Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods can be either exchanged or refunded at the customers request.
Non-Faulty Goods
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in. The original cost of delivery and the return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
Refunds
All refunds will be made back to the card on which they were purchased and will be done at the earliest opportunity and in any case within 30 days of return of goods.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your contract with us and obtain a refund. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, this can either be by email, fax or post. You may then arrange to return the goods to us. The goods must be received by us in the condition they left our warehouse i.e. in the original packaging and unused. The cost of the return carriage will not be refunded nor will any specially arranged services for which a charge has been made i.e. Saturday delivery.
