If your equipment is covered by a manufacturer's warranty then please check if there's a relevant telephone number in the list below. We do not usually repair or service equipment ourselves as the manufacturers are generally much better at this side of things and have expert knowledge about repairing their own products in the event of a breakdown. When you call the manufacturer you'll be able to speak to someone directly who will be able to assess the problem and decide whether it needs an engineer to be sent out or whether you just need a replacement part.
