Squash is a fast paced racket sport that is played by two players (or four players for doubles) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Due to the extensive nature of the sport it gets your body extremely fit and healthy.
Squash is an exhilarating sport; unlike many other racket sports it never seems to stop, because it’s played on an enclosed court. The ball stays close to you at all times, so there is very little opportunity for a break. It is recommended that squash players are at a good level of health and fitness before starting out.
