The Life Fitness CST Club Series Treadmill is the home version of the popular health club treadmill.

 

Health club-derivative console with 16 workout programs and 6 custom workouts.

 

Wireless heart rate and contact heart rate hand sensors.

 

The CST Club Series treadmill offers users a gym-like experience from the comfort and convenience of home, on a treadmill that rivals anything found in finest health clubs.

 

 

Polare wireless and Lifepulse digital contact heart rate monitoring system (wireless chest strap included).

 

The patented FlexDeck shock absorption system reduces impact to joints by nearly 30% compared to ordinary treadmills.

 

Features the same controls found on our best-selling health club model. And the GoSystem Quick Start feature remembers your preferred walk, jog and run speeds, so you can get started with the push of a button.

 

Features the same display found on our best-selling health club model, including a message center that provides workout feedback and a workout profile display that shows workout progress.

 

User can create 6 My Workouts personalized workouts.

 

Built-in reading rack and oversized, dual accessory trays holds waterbottle, cell phone, MP3 player, or remote.

 

Console Features  -  The Life Fitness CST Club Series Treadmill features the same controls found on the Life Fitness health club models, and the GoSystem Quick Start feature remembers your preferred walk, jog and run speeds, so you can get started with the push of a button.

 

The CST includes 16 preset programs. The classic programs are Hill, Random and Manual.

 

The HeartSync workouts are Cardio, Fat Burn, Heart Rate Hill Heart Rate Interval, Extreme Heart Rate.

 

Also included are the Sport Training workouts for the more experienced athletes, which include time based challenge, 5K and 10K Sports training.

 

The console is designed to maximise the feedback given to the user. The readouts include; elasped time, distance, speed, incline, heart rate, calories per hour, calories, time in heart rate and pace.

Installation

General information regarding Installation Service


 Whilst many models of fitness equipment are designed for self-assembly we learned over twenty years ago that many of our customers preferred to have this service available to them.


 Choosing to have your piece of fitness equipment installed for you means we will build the machine in the room of your choice, ready for you to use. If you wish, we will also remove for disposal all packaging which came with the equipment, potentially saving you a trip to the tip.


 We have recently launched our Gymworld EarlyBird Installation Service which has many benefits for those of you who are early risers and do not wish to take time off work.


 Similarly, we now offer the option of an Evening Installation and our new Weekend Installation Service.


 On the day of installation, please be mindful to have clear and safe access within your property for our installation personnel, just as you would with any other piece of household equipment or furnishing being delivered.


 Also, please note that our installation service is restricted to mainland GB and is not currently available to the Highlands of Scotland, and that we reserve the right to withdraw the service in the interests of health and safety or commercial viability if delivery and/or installation is affected by such things as adverse weather, unsafe or difficult access either within the property or en route there.

 

If Installation is selected and your Item is ordered on a finance scheme, installation will be by arrangement after the required cooling off period.

Life Fitness home interpretation of their health club machines; its big and impressive looking and a good treadmill, but it doesn`t feel any better to run on than the T7-0.
