 - Studies in America recorded an increase metabolic rate effect averaging 21.9% across a group of female adults exercising 3 x per week for 15 minutes for 6 weeks. Subjects did not exercise in the 7th week and measurements were taken in week 8. The average bodyfat reduction was 11.2% across the group.

- Using a VibroGym is simple for weight loss as most studies conducted on VibroGym demonstrated a significant increase in muscle activity when exercises were performed stationary. University of Leuven in Belgium conducted a trial in 2003 which successfully saw an increase of 16.6% muscle growth when performing stationary exercises compared to a 9% increase when using exercises with movement.

- Cellulite reduction can be significantly achieved using VibroGym. In the Sanaderm Clinic in Germany 2003 a 6 month trial on women using the VibroGym for 11 minute workouts, 3 x per week for 6 months led to an average reduction of 25.68% decrease. Installation

General information regarding Installation Service


 Whilst many models of fitness equipment are designed for self-assembly we learned over twenty years ago that many of our customers preferred to have this service available to them.


 Choosing to have your piece of fitness equipment installed for you means we will build the machine in the room of your choice, ready for you to use. If you wish, we will also remove for disposal all packaging which came with the equipment, potentially saving you a trip to the tip.


 We have recently launched our Gymworld EarlyBird Installation Service which has many benefits for those of you who are early risers and do not wish to take time off work.


 Similarly, we now offer the option of an Evening Installation and our new Weekend Installation Service.


 On the day of installation, please be mindful to have clear and safe access within your property for our installation personnel, just as you would with any other piece of household equipment or furnishing being delivered.


 Also, please note that our installation service is restricted to mainland GB and is not currently available to the Highlands of Scotland, and that we reserve the right to withdraw the service in the interests of health and safety or commercial viability if delivery and/or installation is affected by such things as adverse weather, unsafe or difficult access either within the property or en route there.

 

If Installation is selected and your Item is ordered on a finance scheme, installation will be by arrangement after the required cooling off period.
